Position Details:

• Position Title: Over-the-Road Truck Driver
• Fleet Type: Full truckload, dry van
• Route: 11-Day North Solo Mileage Fleet

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months if Teaming with an experienced driver)
• No DWIs in the past 7 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation (HPE for company truck drivers only)
• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug test refusal or failure

Additional Pay and Raises:

• Band Pay: Extra Pay On Short Lengths Of Haul
  • Mileage $/Load
    • 0-100 miles: $35.00
    • 101-400 miles: $25.00
    • *Loaded Miles Only, non-relayed loads
• CSA Safety Bonus: Opportunity every 90 days
  • $875 (if Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off
• On-Road Safety Bonus: Opportunity of $600 every 90 days
• Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually
• Detention Pay: After only 1 hour
• Safety-based Raises: At designated mileage intervals, to a high cap
• Premium Pay: Per mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
• Truck Driver Referral Program: Lucrative program
• Other Accessorial Pay: When applicable (i.e., stopoff pay)

Starting Base Pay Per Practical Mile:

• Experience with Hazmat Endorsement:
  • 12-29 months: $0.69
  • 30+ months: $0.71
• Experience without Hazmat Endorsement:
  • 12-29 months: $0.67
  • 30+ months: $0.69

Expected Home Time:
Every other weekend for 3 days
