Description

• CDL Driver
• Reports to:
• Division Manager

Essential Functions:

• EE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
• EE will be responsible for transporting equipment /supplies / cargo to various locations interstate and intrastate
• EE will be responsible for loading, securing and unloading equipment
• EE will be responsible to comply with all DOT laws
• EE will be responsible to verify loads for accuracy
• EE will be responsible to report any defects or deficiencies with truck or trailer or load to their direct supervisor immediately and prior to leaving shop/location.
• EE will be responsible to log all hours on duty, driving and off duty legally
• EE will be responsible for your role in the PO policy Process
• EE will perform tasks in teams and as solo.
• EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner
• EE will be responsible to maintain appropriate work relationships
• EE will be responsible to follow all company policies and procedures
• EE will be responsible to help out in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of DOT regulations Understanding Load Securement
• Ability to load and unload equipment such as manlifts, loaders, telehandlers Ability to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner Ability to communicate effectively with co workers, supervisors and customers

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required. basic math skills required
• Job Experience
• 2+ yrs. driving experience, 1+ yrs. load securement experience
• Computer Proficiency

Training

• CLASS A CDL, Current Medical Card

Working Conditions:

• Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting and bending
• Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
• Must pass pre-employment fit test
• Travel Requirements
• May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer
• travel up to 25% of time
• Pay Range Based on Performance: $27 - $32 per hour
