- Preferred: 2+ years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes
- List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum patients, newborn and post-partum care
- Schedule Information
- Number of Beds: 24
- Number of Staff: 71
- Day Shift: labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator
- Night Shift: labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary
- Patient Ratios: labor 1:1 (most of the time), post-partum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1
- Weekends and On call: Every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule

- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs, MIU nurses have pink badges for infant security
