Senior Cloud Engineering Service Delivery Manager

RapidScale is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineering Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, architecting, and planning migrations for new customer projects. This role requires strategic leadership, effective communication, and a strong technical background to ensure successful delivery of critical activities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in a management or leadership role. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

The Senior Cloud Engineering Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for strategic and tactical leadership, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, implementing best practices and standardized processes, managing department operations, and continuously improving installation procedures. Proficiency in various technical knowledge requirements, including Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and Fortinet product sets, is also essential.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary range of $129,100.00 - $215,100.00 and may be eligible for additional compensation through an incentive program.
