Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Las Cruces, NM

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 2 or more years of experience in Antepartum, Intrapartum, Post-Partum, circulating for C Sections, postpartum bilateral tubal ligation (PPBTL), dilation and curettage (D&Cs), and management of hemorrhage.
**License:** Registered Nursing License
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Fetal Heart Monitoring, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
**Must-Have:**
- Experience in Special Care Nursery
- Flexibility, team player, and a positive attitude
- ADN or BSN in Nursing
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and newborn populations in the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units
- Maintain patient safety and strive to adhere to Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) standards for patient ratios
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Centricity, Perinatal, and Meditech to document patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage conditions such as pre-eclampsia, labor inductions, and C-sections
- Participate in shared weekend rotations
- Maintain and follow dress code with any color scrubs, except jeans or camouflage
- Work in a trauma level 3 facility with 16 beds in the unit
- No on-call requirements
- Engage in outdoor recreation in the surrounding area including hiking and biking trails, national parks, and mountains.
