YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting part-time Shuttle Driver opportunity for our Guymon processing plant. The Shuttle Driver will provide professional, responsive, and timely transportation for Seaboard Foods facility employees as needed in a 15-passenger company vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shuttle Seaboard Foods employees following assigned routes to and from the workplace and other locations as directed by management.
  • Provides a high level of customer service and provides a positive experience for employees riding the shuttle
  • Adheres to all personal protective equipment required for the shuttle
  • Maintain the company's shuttle, which includes but is not limited to removing trash at the end of every shift route, fueling, following a weekly cleaning schedule and alerting management when the vehicle requires service.
  • Comply with traffic regulations to operate our vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Use appropriate judgement assuring quality of customer service.
  • Must report schedule delays, vehicle damage or accidents to supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license, CDL license not required.
  • Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record, free of traffic violations.
  • Must be resourceful, self-sufficient and able to perform work without supervision.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility.
  • The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds , and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds .
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Primarily an office environment with some need to work in the field.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment is dependent on which environment you are in
  • The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
