**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in a high volume delivery service
- Preferred: 3-5 years of Perinatal clinical experience
**License:** Registered Nurse license (Texas)
**Certifications:**
- BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
- Advanced Life Support certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
- Preferred: S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification, Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification
**Must-Have:**
- Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
**Job Description:**
- Work in a Level IV Maternal Designation facility
- Engage with 20 LDR suites, 4 C-section suites, 10 Triage rooms, 51 Mother-Baby Couplet rooms, and 14 monitored Ante-partum
- Be part of an academic teaching service as well as large private OB practices
- Manage high-risk, fast-paced delivery services performing over 500+ deliveries per month
- Collaborate with 24-hour in-house attending OB coverage, anesthesia coverage, and NICU coverage
- Participate in the Perinatal Transport Program
- Contribute to the expansion project slated for late 2025 to a new Women's Tower.
