Job Description: As a Delivery and Setup Worker at Central Radio, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of appliances and furniture to customers\' homes or businesses. This role includes the physical handling of merchandise, assembly, installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Responsibilities: - Safely load, transport, and unload appliances and furniture to various locations. - Ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition, without damage. - Assemble furniture and install appliances at the customer\'s location according to company standards. - Ensure that all installations comply with safety regulations and are functioning properly before leaving the site. - Provide customers with a basic demonstration of appliance functionality and answer any questions. - Provide a high level of customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to customer needs. - Address any customer concerns or issues during delivery or setup and escalate to management if necessary. - Obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery and setup. - Follow all safety protocols when handling and moving heavy items to prevent injury and damage. Qualifications: - Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. - Experience in delivery, installation, or a related field is preferred. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) safely. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
