Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Brownsville, TX

**Job Description:**
- Work in a unit with 9 Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) rooms and 8 Obstetrics (OB) beds.
- Participate as part of a team with 2 core staff members and 1 OB tech for core staffing during the evening shift.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 for labor patients.
- Utilize equipment such as GE Corometrics.
- Document patient information using the CPN and Meditech EMR systems.
- Contribute to the department by performing typical procedures for the unit.
- Exhibit a personality fit conducive to the high-stakes environment of L&D.
- Float to other areas in line with competency guidelines.
- Adhere to a dress code requiring royal blue scrubs.
- Comply with all hospital policies and unit guidelines.
- Work two weekends a month and adhere to the on-call schedule as required.
