Midway Nissan is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team! Delivery Coordinators are a crucial part of the sales process as the one who goes over the new vehicle's technology, pairs their phone with the car, downloads the relevant apps on the customer's phone, ensures the vehicle is clean and full of gas, and immediately brings any issues to a manager's attention.
The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines to ensure an exceptional delivery experience for our customers. MONDAY-SATURDAY 10-7 or 11-8

Responsibilities
- Develop expertise and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle accessories and technology.
- Provide customers with detailed information on owner’s manual and warranty.
- Guarantee detailed follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Manage the delivery of sold vehicles every single day.
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle and assist with set up if necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Professional appearance and positive personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of High School degree or equivalent
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Have reliable transportation to and from workplace
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
