Job Overview Job Description:Principle - Software Delivery Program Management Overall Purpose:This career step requires expert level experience and must lead programs. Responsible for end-to-end program management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project/program in both Waterfall & Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) frameworks preferred. Directs and leads the efforts across multiple program teams, with focus on roadmap management and delivery. Works with the key teams on aligning key business goals, strategy and driving results through others. Interacts with other program managers and product teams across organizations to ensure alignment of project goals and priorities. Utilizes knowledge of business, industry and technology to incorporate business process improvements into the organization and/or to develop business strategies. Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools and must advocate for adherence to standards.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Conducts end to end program management of one or more programs (OPUS & ACC Transformation) containing multiple projects, cross functional and/or strategic in nature, with focus on following responsibilities.Conducts program meetings - status read-outs, project review, issues resolutionsCreating & maintaining program roadmap and analysisDevelops detailed work plans & status reports, driving automation where possible.Manages task plans and tracks deliverables.Support Program Increment (PI) Planning efforts - identifying scope, event schedule and status tracking Assist leadership with yearly capital planning efforts - working across the team to collect ideas and business case inputs (benefits, estimates, etc) and assist with organizing priority list.Issues program communications within working teams and executive leadershipWork across teams to drive ongoing software delivery process improvements & best practices, conduct retrospectives to gather ongoing feedback and manage action plans.Working knowledge of following systems & tools preferred - OPUS, AT&T Customer Connect, QuickBase, PowerBi, Azure & iTrack. Location:Dallas, TxAtlanta, GARelocation assistance is not available.Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per week.Our Principal role earns between 128,400 -$215,800 USD.
