*Location*: Salem, MA
*Job Type: *Contract Position – 13 Weeks with possible extensions
*Shift Details: *Rotating Shifts required
*Pay Details: (*$65/Hr. - $70/Hr. on W2) (All Inclusive)
1. Unit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post-Partum Unit.
2. Brief Unit Description: 25 bed unit which encompasses, L&D, PP, NBN, 2 OR’s, 2 ANU rooms, RR.
3. Years of Experience Required: 3+.
4. Skill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care.
5. Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.
6. Patient Population: All.
7. Bed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 OR’s @ RR, 2 ANU with 4 beds.
8. Census: Average daily census 15-25 mother, babies and labor.
9. EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
10. Floating Required: Not at this time.
11. Rotating Shifts Required: Eves and Nights are straight shifts; Days with Rotation to Eves and/or Nights with 1 Night of on Call.
12. Certifications Required: BLS, NRP & EFM (every 2 years).
13. Additional Information: ACLS (preferred).
