Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.The Work:While driving quality in our solutions be able to provide deep expertise for the following:Demonstrate ability to cope with growing complexity and creativity in design by thinking outside the boxApply both business and functional knowledge and develop strategies all through the use of quality processes and methodologiesPlanning, constructing and executing responsibilitiesTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 80% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:Minimum 10 years experience with SAPMinimum of 3 years experience in supporting the Utilities Industry or clientsMinimum of 5 years supporting/working with a large Consulting companyMinimum 5 years experience managing or delivering a SAP Project or Program in excess of 30M+Experience with: SAP Transformations, Pre-sales activities and sales pursuits, leading large implementation teams, working directly with C-Level Executive StaffBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experienceBonus Points If:Experience with least one S/4 HANA implementation project environmentExperience understanding and managing change to the business.Experience understanding the value case and driving decisions based on value to the business.Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferredCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
