Adecco is now hiring an experienced CDL A driver for our client in Hatfield! This is a direct hire role!Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CDL A Truck Driver with extensive experience in distribution and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with FedEx/UPS, a proven track record in a distribution setting, and a strong commitment to customer service. This role involves heavy lifting, adherence to company procedures, and proficiency with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.Key Responsibilities:Operate a CDL A truck to transport goods efficiently and safely. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules.Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts for warehouse tasks including loading/unloading trucks and organizing inventory.Handle and lift packages up to 80lbs. Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo.Follow company procedures from start to finish in a distribution environment. Efficiently manage the flow of goods and inventory.Provide outstanding service to clients and customers. Address and resolve any delivery-related issues with a positive attitude.Utilize solid math skills to accurately handle and process shipments and deliveries.Display a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and moving on to the next priority. Maintain a high level of productivity.Maintain an excellent attendance record and demonstrate dependability. Ensure reliable transportation for work duties.Qualifications:Valid CDL A license required.Minimum of 5 years of experience.
