Local Delivery Truck Driver

Job Description:

Position Details:

• Starting wages up to $70K in a 4-Day work week!
• 4-Day Work Week (Tuesday-Friday)!
• Home Daily!
• Set Schedule: Day shift-4:30am Start time.
• Local Dedicated Route.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on local and over-the-road routes.
• Delivering and unloading food and food related products in a safe and timely manner.
• Communicating with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Performing all required safety checks, reporting safety issues, and following DOT regulations.
• Completing all required paperwork associated with freight.
• Collecting payment where required.
• Performing general housekeeping duties in tractor and loading dock area.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Valid CDL-A
• 6+ months commercial driving experience
• 21+ years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Valid current DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move and stack product cases/freight.
