Driver Positions Overview

• 2 Years CDL-A Experience in Past 5 Required
• At this time, MAST cannot accommodate SAP Drivers

QUALIFICATIONS

• 21 or older and Valid Class A CDL
• 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience in last 5 years
• No DUI or DWI Violations in the last 5 years
• No more than 1 moving violation or preventable accident in the previous year
• No more than 2 instances of moving violations or preventable accident in 3 years
• Pass pre-employment hair follicle and DOT urine drug screen
• Pass a DOT physical, or have current physical with at least 90 days left before it expires

OTR (Minimum 14 days out)

• Minimum of 14 days out on the road
• For every 6 days out you earn 1 day or hometime. So you can stay out multiples of 6 to getmore time at home.
• You will have your own assigned truck (Newer Kenworths or Freightliners)
• Must have secure parking location for truck

COMPENSATION (All Schedules)

• Mileage Rate - $.60-$.65 CPM
• Stop Pay: $20/stop after your first stop
• Delivery Detention: $15/hr after 2 hours
• Performance-based raises and bonuses, up $300 every 4 weeks (or $75/wk)
