As the Director of Labor & Delivery, you will oversee all aspects of our Labor & Delivery department, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
JOB TITLE: Director of Labor & Delivery
LOCATION: Sanford, NC
SALARY: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00
SIGNING BONUS: Yes
BONUS DESCRIPTION: $15,000.00
RELOCATION PACKAGE: Partial
Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Labor & Delivery team, including nursing staff, physicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize workflow, resource utilization, and patient outcomes.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

Must-Haves:
1.) Bachelors degree is required
2.) Two years experience at a Director level required
3.) Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state is required
Nice-To-Haves:
1.) Knowledge of community hospital and midwifery model
2.) Experience with level 2 nursery / NICU (or above)
3.) Master's degree is preferred
