Assists with ambulation and mobility as needed. Secure and provide transportation. Supervises and assures individual's health, safety and security. Facilitates inclusion in community activities, use of natural supports, social interaction, participation in leisure activities, and development of socially valued behavior. Maintain a good work and personal ethics in dealing with co-workers. Present a neat, clean appearance, dressed appropriately for the job. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications: High school education or its equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in supporting/assisting those with disabilities is preferred. Must be eighteen (18) years of age. Valid drivers license and good driving record. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
