Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Delivery Lead !
End to End project tracking, addressing risk & issues, collaboration with client.
Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects or programs to ensure successful completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Leading a team of TPM, Scrum Master, Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Tech Lead to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
- Managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Developing and implementing delivery strategies, plans, and methodologies to optimize project execution and delivery excellence.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.
- Mentoring and coaching team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or technology.
- Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in a delivery leadership role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Knowledge of the industry or domain-specific requirements related to the projects being delivered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly changing business landscape.
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
