The Secure Transport Driver is primarily responsible for the secure transfer of marijuana products and payments between licensed marijuana facilities. The Secure Transport Driver will also interact with our customers at every juncture of the supply chain - growers, processors, and provisioning centers. Though it may seem so, this is not an easy job of delivering packages from A to B -- you will be expected to keep detailed records, communicate clearly, and troubleshoot problems on the go, all the while providing exceptional service to our customers.This position will put you on the road and on the forefront of a booming industry. Appropriately seal and label packages and containers? Maintain communications with dispatcher and customers - including use of personal phone to call in/out at stops and report any changes or issues? Present highest level of customer service etiquette in all customer interactions? Assist intake manager in receiving inventory at facilities? Be on-call periodically? Able to drive for long periods of time? Carry loaded containers through narrow walkways, up and down stairs, around corners?
