What is the CDL Operator position?
Ancon provides industrial cleaning and services to customers such as municipalities, power plants, mines & the construction industry. Working on the team is always rewarding, is often adventurous, but isn't easy. Our CCTV Operator will drive the company’s CCTV Truck which specializes with a mounted system that utilize Pan and Tilt cameras with a 360-degree digital viewing capability. These capabilities include the ability to televise lines from 4’’ up to 108’’ storm and sewer lines, as well as using a “lateral launcher” for 3’’ to 8’’ lines. All inspection information is capable of being documented onto multiple media formats such as CD ROM, DVD or External hard drive using user friendly PACP software. All Ancon technicians are trained and certified through NASSCO. When used in conjunction with Jet Rodding, customers are able to identify deficiencies and trouble spots in existing systems.
What Qualifications does the CDL Operator position require?
· Previous CCTV operating experience required
· Team player with good attitude and schedule flexibility
· Read, interpret and manipulate maps with job notes
· Read project sheets and perform project safety site inspections
· Create digital locate sketches and take photos of locates
· Able to climb ladders and work from elevated heights
· Work a flexible schedule to accommodate customer schedules
· Physically fit for physical work requirements
· Onboarding and random drug testing
· Ancon Orientation and job skills training
