As a CDL Driver with Mid-Atlantic, you will:

• Deliver Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems products to customers within the assigned area using a pickup, flatbed, and/or roll-off truck.
• Assist the sales department with the delivery of new trucks when needed.
• Properly handle and secure containers, parts, and equipment.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures while operating Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems Vehicles.
• Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered products and collect payment for services when required.
• Assist parts manager with shipping and receiving.
• Responsible for unloading stock equipment and parts when on-site.
• Assist the compactor department with the delivery and installation of equipment.

What are the qualifications that we're looking for?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid Class A or B CDL License
• 2-4 years of professional CDL driving experience
• Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening
• Must have a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach
• Must be able to lift and move more than 50 lbs. without assistance
• Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance
