Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Seattle, WA

**Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a high acuity, fast-paced environment; 3 years in labor and delivery; Not accepting first-time travelers
**License:** Washington State License - Active or in Process
**Certifications:** EPIC electronic fetal monitoring experience valued
**Must-Have:**
- Ability to function as a Baby Nurse during delivery and postnatal care
- Experience with high-risk, high-volume labor and delivery
- Ability to circulate and provide newborn care including eyes, Vitamin K injections, and newborn assessments
- Experience with Heparin, Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate
**Job Description:**
- Care for patients in a high acuity and high-paced labor and delivery environment
- Work with midwifery clients and private OBs
- Support adult recovery services for substance recovery
- Provide care in community care clinics
- Follow AWHONN staffing guidelines
- Float to Postpartum/Antepartum units and possibly other facilities within a 40-mile radius
- Provide required supervisory references from a comparable specialty/setting
- Complete non-billable modules, approximately 16 hours pre-start and annually
- Must adhere to COVID-19 vaccination requirements; exemptions are allowed

Orientation: 40 hours, Non-Billable
Floating is required, and refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Suitable housing options are available through specified resources.
