POSITION SUMMARY

Zoetis, the leading animal health company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, ERP Delivery. This role is pivotal to the success and growth of Zoetis, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and growth ambitions while managing efficient day-to-day operations. Acting as a bridge between executive stakeholders and the technical team, the Senior Delivery Leader ensures that product strategy and roadmaps are executed efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality, compliant, and validated solutions that enhance business operations. Responsibilities include identifying benefits targets, monitoring benefits delivery, managing ERP change budgets, fostering team development, and driving innovation across all product groups in the ERP space.

The Senior Director, ERP Delivery will be a key member of the ERP Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic vision and operational excellence of our business. This entails leading the team and participating in high-level decision-making processes to shape the future of Zoetis, ensuring ERP initiatives align with the company's broader goals and objectives. Championing cross-functional collaboration and best practices will promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Act as the primary liaison between ZTD and executive leaders, ensuring alignment of SAP initiatives with business objectives.
2. Facilitate regular updates and strategic discussions with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Lead a team to develop a framework for assessing value for various SAP initiatives.
4. Develop and deploy a review board to prioritize SAP initiatives based on value.
5. Perform value assessments post-program implementation.
6. Ensure the roadmap integrates all SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA as part of the NextGen ERP Program.
7. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Drive business alignment across project lifecycles to maximize program value.
9. Implement and manage DevOps practices to enhance SAP function efficiency.
10. Manage the budget for SAP products, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
11. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SAP delivery effectiveness.
12. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management SAP professionals.
13. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and respect within the team.
14. Design innovative solutions to address business needs and unlock value.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior program delivery role focused on SAP systems implementation. Proven experience in managing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of SAP delivery models with 15 years of proven experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management for IT projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial controls in the SAP environment.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This role will require occasional weekend working to meet customer needs, with expected travel between 20-50% depending on project demands.
