Responsibilities: • Safely operate a mulch blower truck to transport and install materials like mulch, compost, and soil. • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools as required for the job tasks. • Efficiently lead a small team during work assignments. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. • Demonstrate full mobility in both upper and lower body movements. • Handle lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials and equipment, including items weighing up to 60 lbs. • Strictly adhere to safety regulations while on duty. Qualifications: • A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is a requirement for the position of CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver in Concord, NC. • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a minimum of three years of driving experience and maintain a clean driving record. • Two years of proficiency in driving a manual transmission is a mandatory qualification. • Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers are crucial for this role. • Previous experience in supervision would be advantageous. • Possession of a valid Medical Card is essential. • A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory. • Familiarity with Charlotte and the surrounding areas, as well as the ability to read maps or guides, is preferred. • The candidate must showcase traits of being hard-working and self-motivated. • Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings is a prerequisite for this position.
