School Security Gaurd/CDL Driver

Description
Kulanu Academy is looking for a School Security Guard/ CDL Driver. The School Security Guard is the first line of interface between the public and the organization and plays a critical role in welcoming visitors and directing calls. The primary responsibility is the security of the facility.
The responsibilities of the School Security Guard/CDL Driver are but not limited to the following:

• Building walkthroughs, ensuring alarms are set, and turning lights off.
• Camera review - frequent monitoring of exterior doors and hallways.
• Welcoming visitors taking a log of visiting times and accepting deliveries.
• Ensuring the arrival of students is safe and morning procedure is followed.
• Assist in moving students to proper locations during fire drills, special assemblies and events.
• Communication with the office regarding observances, messages and visitors.
• Reporting all incidents to the Administration as soon as possible, with written reports to follow
• Driving of bus for various reasons and necessities for the organizations.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience
• Must have security guard certification for both 8 hour and 16-hour class- preferred
• High School Diploma
