Forklift Operator And Material Handler

Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material HandlerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator and Material Handler for 3rd shift. The role involves preparing finished goods for outbound shipping and loading shipments into the correct container trucks. Responsibilities include unloading in-bound shipments, locating materials in proper storage and warehouse areas, preparing necessary paperwork for shipment documentation, moving raw materials and finished parts to and from production cells, and operating electric-powered lift trucks while maintaining a safe driving record. The candidate must inspect lift trucks for safety compliance, follow start-up procedures, respond to inventory requests, and operate a sit-down hilo for 90-95% of the shift. The role involves loading about 10-14 trucks a day.
