**Shift:** 12hrs, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
**License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support, Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
**Must-Have:** ACLS
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, focusing on high standards of maternal and child health.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support patient-centered care for mothers and their newborns.
- Execute critical care tasks for high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
- Utilize advanced neonatal resuscitation skills for newborns requiring intensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and deliver care in line with established protocols.
- Promote a safe and positive environment for patients and staff following health and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in maternal and child health nursing.
- Support patients and families by providing education and addressing concerns throughout the childbirth process.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of nursing care.
