Content Delivery Manager in PRINCETON, New Jersey
Job Description:
Dow Jones is looking for a Content Delivery Manager to join our Risk & Research Services team. The Risk & Research Services team provides bespoke solutions for organizations who seek to understand the risk of doing business with entities and individuals. Risk & Research Services comprises three global teams: Due Diligence, Managed Services, and Content Curation.
As Content Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that client requests are correctly received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner. You will collaborate with and support the Risk & Research Services team, Product, Sales, vendors, and clients. You will report to the Director, Delivery, Risk & Research Services.
You Will:
- Ensure My Company Today (MCT) newsletters meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Provide clear, responsive, and proactive communication to clients, ensuring requests from clients and prospective clients are dealt with effectively and in a timely way.
- Coordinate with service providers and key vendors to guarantee daily operational responsibilities, improve overall workflow, and assess the quality of the provider's deliverables.
- Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Content Strategy and be a key representative of the Content Curation team in interactions with clients.
- Contribute to the onboarding and support of clients including the creation, maintenance, and testing of guidelines and tools that will support the team.
- Maintain key performance indicators measuring the effectiveness and quality of the My Company Today (MCT) newsletters.
- Provide support for Factiva including web maintenance and, when necessary, by creating/updating expert searches and trending topics.
- Assist in the planning of resources for assignments and for any large ad hoc projects together with the Risk & Research Services management team.
- Have an automation mindset by initiating and driving change to existing team workflows and methodologies to create efficiencies and quality improvements with shared benefits across the global team.
- Support training of future members of staff.
- Write and proofread Due Diligence reports when required.
- Support R&C with translation services as and when required.
You Have:
- Research skills; and creativity in the pursuit of sources.
- Current news awareness and solid news judgment.
- Boolean search knowledge.
- Excellent English writing skills.
Preferred:
- Fluency in English AND in at least one of the following: Spanish, French, German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean.
