Put Your Driving Skills to Work
This is a unique role for someone who likes a bit of variety every day! The approximate times for this are 5:30 pm-12:30 am, Monday-Friday which makes this a full-time position. This is a non-CDL route. You will leave our Spencer, IA, distribution center at 6:00 pm and make a 4-5 hour round-trip run to several of our stores to drop off orders/inventory. When you return to Spencer, the remainder of the shift will be working with the replenishment team to place new freight into inventory in our warehouse. A nice change of scenery every evening!
- We provide the delivery vehicle! A valid driver's license (just a regular license, not a CDL) and company-insurable driving record are needed.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and be able to meet Arnold Motor Supply driver requirements
- Commercial Driver's License is not required
- Ability to lift, load and deliver parts and supplies (up to 50 lbs. regularly). Ability to become forklift certified.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
