Description
We are looking for a Residential Driver/Driver team based in Jacksonville, TX, US.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
• Operate a heavy-duty truck in Jacksonville, TX, US for the safe collection of residential household waste
• Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections of vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
• Immediately report any safety concerns or service issues to the Route Supervisor/Manager or Dispatch
• Participate in all mandatory training programs, briefings, and meetings
• Collaborate with the Route Supervisor/Manager to enhance route efficiencies
• Inform management of any incidents, accidents, or service interruptions promptly
• Effectively relay customer requests to the Dispatch or Route Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure all receptacles are emptied and leave the customer's location clean and tidy
• Follow assigned routes diligently and accurately complete end-of-day documentation
• Assist other drivers as needed to meet customer demands
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
Education and Experience
• Education: None Required
• Experience: Two (2) years of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Will be exposed to a physical environment, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements most of the workday
Schedule:
• 10-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
