IT Program Manager with Technology Solution Delivery US Citizen -Bethesda Maryland

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking an IT Program Manager in Technology Solution Delivery . This position will be located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

1. Serving as the main point of contact and overall performance.
2. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for the projects.
3. Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
4. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
5. Defines project scope and objectives.
6. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
7. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
8. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
9. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
10. Provides strategic, technical, and analytical guidance to the project team.
11. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.

Requirements:

1. Must be a US Citizen.
2. 8+ years of IT Program Management experience in Technology Solution Delivery.
3. 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and project management.

Education:

MBA or Program/Project Management.

Certification:

PMP preferred; PgMP highly preferred.
