Position Overview

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is a key player in delivering high-value solutions to our customers. As the main liaison between the customer and the WWT team, this person ensures clear direction and project success. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Delivery – Oversee multiple engagements and/or workstreams of large-scale programs, managing senior-level client relationships, end-to-end delivery, and financial management.
• Contract Management – Ensure all contract deliverables are met within specified timelines.
• Customer Liaison – Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer during project execution.
• Define/Ensure Project Success – Collaborate with the customer to define project success criteria and communicate those goals to the team, reviewing progress regularly.
• Risk Management – Identify, track, and communicate project risks with the customer, implementing mitigation strategies where possible.
• Team Liaison – Serve as a liaison between the delivery team and support teams, removing roadblocks as needed.

Qualifications

• This position requires candidates to be located in the San Diego / Orange County CA area.
• Minimum of 5 - 8+ years of Technology Consulting experience with leading firms.
• 7 - 10+ years of business experience.
• Demonstrated ability to help teams achieve delivery outcomes and improve delivery metrics.
• Understanding of project management practices.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree preferred.

• Proven track record of working with subject matter experts, consultants, and IT operations to maximize client value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Professional Services.
• Experience as a Client Partner on technology-oriented projects.
• Experience crafting and developing SOWs.
• Experience bringing in strategic direction and customer-focused solutions.

Salary Range: A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $166,000 to $207,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, including location, experience, and business needs.
