OverviewThe Enterprise Truck Rental Division has immediate openings for a Part Time DOT Certified Drivers. Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the commercial truck industry, renting business to business. Our goal is to provide high service levels and clean, well - maintained trucks and cars.This position pays $13 / with an additional $1 / hr when DOT driving is required. We have many locations available across the greater Orlando area (32703, 34748, 32114, 32773, 32801, 32806, 34744, 32901, 32920, 32827)We have multiple part time schedules available. Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America and we are hiring now!ResponsibilitiesDeliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous mannerGreet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming mannerOperate the courtesy shuttle in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environmentAssist customer(s) load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle and miscellaneous customer needsNotify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levelsProvide appropriate local information, distribute maps and handouts as requiredCommunicate with office and other drivers via 2-way radio or cellular phonePerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to read and speak English.Must have a valid drivers license.No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.Must be willing to stand and walk (3-5 miles) for long periods of time.Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experienceMust be able to complete a pre-employment DOT physical exam to obtain a Medical Card as required by the USDOT.DOT Requirements:We are subject to certain Department of Transportation RegulationsAll applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations.
