Delivery Driver - Home Health - Home Infusion - Per Diem
SUMMARY: This position is accountable for staging, pulling, shipping and delivering of durable medical equipment, tank oxygen, supplies, and prescribed drugs to patients in their homes, including setup and testing of certain equipment. This includes initial contact with the patient for the purposes of obtaining treatment consent, and some limited training.
Experience and Education RequirementsEXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of six months of related experience required.
• Must be able to become Hazmat Certified.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma as accredited by the US Department of Education or G.E.D. required.
• California Driver's License (CDL) with acceptable driving record required.
• Car insurance with liability coverage with minimum limits as required by state law required.

POSITION DETAILS: Per diem, hours vary. Must be able to be on-call.
PAY RANGE: $18.70-$27.80
