DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Description:Position:Shag DriverRequired Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts-Night Shift; 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM.Shift Schedules: 2,2,3 shift pattern- 3 days 1 week 4 days the next week, work total 14 days a month.Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00We are looking for a Night Warehouse Shag Driver to join our team.What are we looking for? * Fast Paced Work Environment * Wearing proper personal protective equipment (Safety glasses, bump cap, safety shoes, and uniform). * Forklift assignments require certification and getting on and off frequently. * Class A CDL or ability to secure within 90 days of hireWhat will be your key responsibilities? * Performs all assigned activities and job tasks * Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner. * Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level. * Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting * Performs all shift support documentation in a quality matter * Able to operate a forklift. * Able to operate a computer and utilize the basic standard desktop systems * Understands principles of inventory control. * Has knowledge of the plant's products and goals. * Understands production schedules, production computer systems, work instructions. * Has general knowledge of Mars and the systems used by the business.Compensation: * $3,000.00 sign on bonus * Pay based on experience. * Shift differential of $3.00 * OT potential * Annual bonus pay out * Annual merit increasesMars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
