Position Overview:

As a Client Manager for the Bus Sector, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining long-term relationships with bus industry clients in the U.S. market, promoting business growth, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position requires extensive industry experience and strong client relationship management skills. You will work closely with the global team to expand Streamax's market share in the bus sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with key bus industry clients in the U.S., ensuring long-term partnerships.
  2. As a core member of the project team, participate in the planning, execution, delivery, and acceptance of bus projects, ensuring timely payment and meeting customer requirements.
  3. Create and implement sales strategies to promote bus products and solutions, achieving annual sales targets.
  4. Maintain close communication with key bus clients to understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, submitting regular reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure effective resource allocation and project timelines are adhered to.
  7. Support new customer development and the expansion of existing clients, driving sustainable business growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
  2. At least 4 years of sales experience in the bus industry, commercial tech products, or smart devices, with a strong background in client management and project delivery.
  3. Familiarity with the bus industry's market needs and operational processes, as well as relevant technical standards and solutions.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs in a complex sales environment and offer innovative solutions.
  5. Experience working in international markets, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-cultural team.
  6. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
  7. Must have a valid U.S. work visa or meet visa requirements.
