Compensation : $55,800 - $63,500/year commensurate with experience
Overview:
The Back of House & Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring all incoming online orders as well as delivery orders are managed and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has advanced technological skills. The manager also works side by side with the dispensary management team to communicate inventory needs and reviews data as it relates to delivery/online orders and overall goals.
In addition to the above, the manager will partner with the dispensary management to review business plans daily and discuss opportunities to reach established goals.
The following additional competencies are viewed as important to success in this position:
- Provide leadership within the store by developing and implementing policies/ procedures and best practices.
- Help to identify gaps and areas of improvement & solutions for resolving, designing, and implementing new programs & initiatives.
- Solid problem solving and time management skills.
- Scheduling a team of up to 25.
- High school diploma required.
- Specialized certificate/training preferred (in cannabis and/or related tech).
- 1-2 years in retail cannabis or equivalent.
- 2-3 years in a dispatch management role.
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with tech-enabled sales/delivery systems (Onfleet and various POS systems).
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Able to lift 20lbs. with proper assistance and tools.
- The position requires the staff person to be present in the store/office during scheduled working hours.
- Must be willing to attend trainings/conferences locally and in other states, at least twice a year (paid).
- Must have flexible and open availability.
