**Must-Have:**
- L&D background, including experience with circulating in the OR for C-section deliveries
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care for patients in Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, PACU, and Postpartum settings.
- Utilize GE fetal monitoring, Panda warmer, and Hill-Room labor beds in patient care.
- Engage in typical procedures including C-sections, BTL, cerclage, D&C, and inductions.
- Participate in outpatient services such as Rhogam administration, iron infusion, antenatal steroids, and OBED services.
- Maintain positive interaction and teamwork with multi-disciplinary staff comprising RNs, OB techs, and unit clerks.
- Adhere to unit-specific guidelines and protocols, including L&D Oxytocin Protocol, Induction of Labor, and care strategies for maternal hemorrhage and severe hypertensive/preeclampsia patients.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and open-mindedness as part of a patient-centered care approach.
- Comply with dress code requirements, wearing galaxy blue scrubs and closed-toe shoes.
- Uphold and promote the unit's maternal level III designation and mother-friendly facility status.
