CDL Transfer Driver

Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring a CDL Transfer Driver. The Transfer Driver is responsible for the safe transfer of product from the main Frank Beverage Group warehouse in Middleton to satellite warehouses in Milton, Fennimore, and Baraboo locations.
Schedule:
Monday -Thursday, 5:00 pm until done
Compensation:
$26.50 - 30.50/hour depending on experience; plus a night shift differential
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Responsibilities:

• Verify and account for all pallets in preparation for transfer
• Safely transporting product to satellite warehouses
• Ability to follow instructions and work with light supervision
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) required
• Class-A CDL required
• Valid Federal Medical Card is required
• Must have experience in driving a tractor/trailer
• Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as pick documents, safety rules and procedure manuals
• A self-motivator, attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Must have good oral communication skills
• Exhibit self-motivation, and self-discipline

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 pounds repetitively; 160 pound occasionally
• Use arms, wrists, hands, grasp, reach
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving
• Ability to operate a power/hand pallet jack
