Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Our client is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a long term contract that must be done hybrid in Chicago, IL

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of IT business analysts, developers, system engineers, and QAs to deliver value-added solutions for the business
• Lead Scrum Teams on Digital Transformations
• Develop sprint plans with Scrum team, plan iterations, drive estimation exercises
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review/demos and retrospectives meetings
• Influence team members or partners outside the team on new Agile practices and principals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience at an enterprise level in Agile environments
• Scrum Master experience with working knowledge of Agile practices
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira
• PMP/CSM is a plus
