About GOLDLEAF:
GOLDLEAF, a premier luxury medical cannabis dispensary in Annapolis, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cannabis Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that our patients receive their orders safely and promptly, maintaining the highest standards of service.
Position Overview:
As a Cannabis Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering medical cannabis products to patients throughout Maryland. Your commitment to safety, attention to detail, and customer service will ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe Deliveries: Transport medical cannabis products to patients' locations safely and efficiently.
Order Management: Load and unload delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Attention to Detail: Review manifests and paperwork carefully to confirm order accuracy.
Patient Interaction: Engage with patients during deliveries, answering questions and verifying identification.
POS Operations: Process transactions using our POS software during deliveries.
Communication: Provide updates to the delivery team and manage delivery software effectively.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all state medical cannabis regulations throughout the delivery process.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to patients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
Driving Record: Must have a spotless driving record.
Experience: Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
Physical Ability: Ability to drive for up to 12 hours at a time, working a maximum of 52 hours per week over four shifts.
Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Availability: Open availability for scheduling.
Positive Attitude: Commitment to providing outstanding service and working collaboratively with the team.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges on the road without on-site management.
