CDL Class A Driver

T2 has partnered with a well-established and busy Trucking Company that has long-term driving roles in Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

• Be able to drive and successfully operate a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations while driving and operating truck.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections on the truck and report any issues to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel delivery and ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly.
• Troubleshoot issues with systems and equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating truck.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the truck.
• Must be able to work rotating or various shift schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in unloading.
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Must be knowledgeable with DOT regulations.
• Meet MVR and risk rating qualifications.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• At least 25 years of age
• Be able to repeatedly lift items weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift: standing, walking, handling, reaching horizontally and grasping firmly.
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift: reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, climbing, squatting, crouching, kneeling and pushing.
