Manager, Project Management - Talent Acquisition Horizontal Delivery Team

We are looking for a talented delivery lead to join our Horizontal Delivery Team (HDT) within Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead a team of cross-functional project managers. HDT is a multidisciplinary project management team supporting critical initiatives across Talent Acquisition and empowering teams to drive efficient, scalable and sustainable solutions. We practice customer-backed problem solving and drive connections across multiple teams to deliver delightful experiences. Our team objective is to help the Talent Acquisition organization to deliver results in an undeniably well-managed way.

This delivery lead role will manage a small team of project managers supporting highly visible, cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience independently leading projects in a well-managed way as well as experience with people leadership. You should be excited about the opportunity to work with teams across TA to influence strategic work using your problem solving skills and attention to detail. We are looking for solution-oriented team players who are comfortable working in ambiguity and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a team of project managers, supporting prioritizing work and bandwidth aligning to the highest priorities. Inclusive of coaching and skill building to elevate delivery talent across the HDT team.
  • Autonomously design, manage and execute large-scale projects with moderate to high levels of complexity to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work on teams with ambiguous ownership models and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Embody a proactive approach at all times when leading people and projects.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
  • Leverage effective problem solving skills to drive the strategic direction of the respective process or project team, which may include defining team scope and impact, strengthening partner interaction models, and communicating team goals across relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes with a focus on customer needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 4 Years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
  • At least 1 Year of People Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of People Management experience.
  • Experience working with Product teams or as a Product Manager.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite products (ie: Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
