Traveling Lead Driver

Azuma Leasing is looking for a Traveling Lead Driver who is a strong leader with appliance installation experience to assist several markets across the country. In this role you are key in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Individual must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed. As a Traveling Lead Driver, you will divide your time between warehouse management, inventory control, repairs and installation, and training other installation technicians while ensuring our customers are provided with the highest level of support. This is a hands-on working team lead role that will require heavy travel. If you are detail oriented, self-starting, and enjoy traveling, this position is right for you.
In addition to the qualities listed above, the right candidate must posses the following:

• Warehouse organization, pull, load, deliver and pickup appliances
• The ability to work independently with little supervision
• Train route drivers
• Maintain and improve field operations identifying and resolving customer problems
• The ability to climb stairs on a regular basis
• The ability to lift or maneuver 50 lbs and occasionally 125 lbs.
• Must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time

* Must be 21 yrs of age and hold a valid state driver's license.
