Job Title: Tow Truck Driver/Operator

*Overview:*
Join our team as a Tow Truck Driver/operator and play a crucial role in providing roadside assistance to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, recoveries, roadside services, and providing exceptional customer service.

*Duties:*
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck with care and precision
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to secure vehicles properly during transport
- Perform basic automotive repairs if needed
- Operate a flatbed tow truck when required
- Manage conflicts professionally and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times

- Recover vehicles/equipment

- Work on roadsides with traffic (Freeways/Highways)

*Skills:*
- Experience as a mechanic is preferred
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong mechanical knowledge to secure vehicles during transport
- Be able to back a trailer
- Clean background and driving record
- Experience operating tow trucks or similar equipment
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
