Hiring drivers out of New Mexico for dedicated-regional truck driving, operating in New Mexico, Colorado and Texas.

• Short runs delivering through 3 states, delivering to stores in NM, CO and TX.
• Drivers are home every week, they run for 5 days during the week and they're home for the 34 hour reset once a week.
• Running anywhere from 2200 up to 2500 miles per week, and every driven mile is paying up to $.63 CPM depending on exp, with weekly earnings averaging $1500+ including bonuses as well.
• Bonuses include extra stop pay, extra pay for short runs, and driver performance bonuses.
• W2 position with full benefits included: medical, dental, 401K, and PTO start after 30 days.
• This position is running reefer freight, including around 65% of drop and hook loads.
• Orientation is paid $300, we have orientations scheduled every single week on Mondays and Wednesdays in NM.
• Trainees welcome as well, trainees are trained for 4-6 weeks with one of our instructors before starting as a solo driver, they will be paid $650 weekly while training, and afterwards they will hop on full pay.

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have at least 120 hours of instruction with his trucking school

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with not more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI ever in CMV, once in a lifetime in PMV but must be out of 10 years
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests
• No SAP drivers
• Mandatory drug test, both hair follicile and urine drug test
