CDL Class A Driver

We have a fast-growing dynamic heavy haul company division looking for a CDL Class A Driver.
Job Description:

• Complete DOT inspections and maintain drivers logs according to DOT regulations.
• Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, water and all fluids and performs pre and post trip inspections.
• Responsible for condition of vehicle. Must maintain clean and safe truck with regular maintenance.
• Maneuver tractor and trailers into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
• Secure equipment for transport using chains, binders, or covers.
• Operate a multi-axle trailer to facilitate transportation of heavy equipment.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with our safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL Florida Driver's License is required.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Driver must have a valid DOT physical card.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screen.
• Commercial driving experience in a dump truck and pulling a tag trailer with clean driving record.
• Be in DOT compliance at all times during employment.
• Heavy Equipment experience required and verifiable.
• Low boy and Landoll experience necessary.
