Here's What You'll Get To Do

• Ability to use and understand computerized tracking systems, and production labels
• Day to day activities will consist of handling and loading/unloading glass and/or metal products, load securement, daily pre and post trip of vehicles, multiple deliveries, and customer service
• Unloading could include handling loose, crated, and racked glass, metal and associated products, as well as, operating boom cranes
• Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of your job

Qualifications

• We require a minimum of 2 years recent CMV driving experience or completed a DOT driver training class from an accredited truck driving school and 1 year of verifiable driving experience
• Last 3 years clear driving record with no tickets or accidents
• Must possess a valid CDL license issued by the state of residence
• Able to work a flexible starting time
• Must be able to complete logbook requirements and all other assigned necessary paperwork
• Must be able to read and interpret mathematical measurements of glass sizes and delivery schedules as well as effectively use a tape measure
• Must follow all DOT requirements including an unexpired Medical Examiners Certificate
• Good customer relations and people skills a must
• Regular and predictable attendance, safely performing tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job
• Handle product in a manner that will not cause damage to the product or injury to self or others
• Recognize product defects and notify supervisor immediately of any issues

What We're Looking For

• To be considered for an Operator position, the following conditions must be met
• Basic computer familiarity
• Read and use a tape measure
• Basic English
• Read and perform mathematical calculations and measurements with numbers, fractions, and decimals normally acquired through high school education or equivalency

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Able to work 12 hours shifts
