Job Description
Summary of Position: Actively engages as a member of the Warehouse Team while responsibly performing a variety of tasks including cutting, organizing, staging materials, and delivering company products to customers and job sites in a timely fashion, and ensures smooth and consistent operation to meet expectations. This position requires the ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment and lift heavy objects.
Essential Functions

• Create and maintain proactive and collaborative relationships with customers, co-workers, installers, and suppliers.
• Work safely always and notify the manager of any safety related issues immediately.
• Assist with measuring and cutting materials to job specifications.
• Organize and prepare flooring products for installer and customer pick-up.
• Operation of a commercial vehicle on roadways following all applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Accurately and efficiently load products on vehicles and ensure load is secured to prevent breakage.
• Deliver all products accurately and on time.
• Document delivery confirmation and process appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicles as per company standards.
• Other duties as requested.

Position is both in-office and on the road working close to others
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

• High School education, or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
• Experience with forklifts and other types of warehouse equipment.
• Proficient in various technology platforms such as apps, smartphone functionality, PC literate in MS Office, Outlook, Internet browser.
• Basic math, reading, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Exhibit professionalism always, including proper dress attire representing the company.
• Experience in a warehouse distribution environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to support company values that maintain positive customer relations.
